DAY 1
Arrival in Rome Accommodation in a wonderful Monastery-Hotel type Villa Domus. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2
Breakfast. Full day guided tour of the most impressive and characteristic places of the Eternal City, a walking tour led by our Art Historian guides to the most important Renaissance and Baroque squares of Rome: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Piazza St. Ignazio, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3
Breakfast. In the morning visit to the Vatican and in the afternoon free time to go shopping. In the evening, it is possible to listen to a Classical concert. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4
Breakfast. Departure for Assisi. Arrival in Assisi. Guided visit of the city of St. Francis. Dinner and accommodation in a beautiful Monastery-Hotel type Villa Gardenia.
DAY 5
Breakfast. Departure for Sant'Antimo (South of Montalcino). Listen to the monks singing. The Abbey is very famous for the genuine Gregorian Chant without music, only human voice. It is known as the The singing stone for its particular travertine marble its nave is build in. Then visit to Montalcino and guided tour of San Gimignano. Arrival at the magnificent Monastery-Hotel in Florence. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 6
Full day in Florence. Guided visit of Florence. Florence is built on the banks of the river Arno, in a harmonious setting of hills covered in houses and villas. The main city of Tuscany has a universal reputation for its wonderful richness and the exquisite quality of its monuments and art treasures. Florence is considered the Queen of Renaissance and you will have the opportunity to see its world famous art treasures: The Cathedral, the Giotto Tower, the Baptistery, the Signoria Square, the church of Santa Croce and the bridge over the River Arno, Ponte Vecchio. In the evening, it is possible to listen to a classical concert. Dinner and overnight stay in Villa Arno.
DAY 7
Departure for Pisa and guided visit of the famous Leaning Tower. Continue on to Lucca, birthplace of Puccini and visit to this famous medieval town. Return to Florence. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 8
Departure for Siena. On the way stop at the famous Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore, a wonderful Church, with an enchanting atmosphere. Arrival in Siena and guided tour of this famous and magnificent Tuscan city. Return to Florence. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 9
Breakfast. Departure for Venice. Arrival in Venice. Half day guided tour of Classical Venice, also known as La Serenissima. Entering Venice is like leaving behind reality for a world of fantasy and you lose awareness of space and time. You become captivated by the magical atmosphere that glitters on its canals and its bridges, palaces and squares. Dinner and overnight stay at a wonderful Monastery-Hotel in Venice near St. Marco Square like Villa Artigiani.
DAY 10
Breakfast. Morning free. In the afternoon departure for Bergamo, another wonderful medieval town, built on hills, where it seems to live in the past. Dinner and overnight stay in Castello di Clane'.
DAY 11
Breakfast and transfer to Milano airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!
