DAY 1
Arrival in Milan. Panoramic tour with guide of the city. Transfer to a charming monastery-hotel in Bergamo surroundings. Check-in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2
Breakfast. Excursion to Lake Maggiore. The Lake is famous for its colours and its scents, it offers the visitors a small community that still makes a living by fishing, where you will be amazed by their typical restaurants and their traditional open air markets. Boat tour to Isle Bella, with its famous Baroque palace and its Italian garden, and Isle Pescatori, a very picturesque island with its old village still inhabited by fishermen. Return to monastery hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3
Breakfast. Excursion to Lake Como. This Lake is known as one of the most beautiful settings in the world, where you'll find breathtaking scenarios and many activities to enjoy nice restaurants in the main square, a funicular railway to take you up to the mountains that surround the place, and even water boats landing on the lake. Return to monastery hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4
Breakfast. Excursion to Franciacorta. Discover the stunning Franciacorta area among villas, castles and the calm, natural beauty of Lake Iseo. The most demanding tourist will find among the vineyard, woods and numerous historical centres an excuse to stay and appreciate the traditional hospitality of Italian people. Wine tasting in one of the typical farm of the area. Continuation to Verona, the city of the most famous lovers in history: Romeo and Juliet. It is also known as Urbs Nobilissima and it is the second biggest city in Veneto (after Venice) that better preserves its artistic heritage in Italy. Half day guided visit to this city. Accommodation in another wonderful monastery hotel in Verona surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 5
Breakfast. Excursion to Lake Garda. There are not many lakes which have so many different aspects as Lake Garda. There is something for every taste. Immediately after the Brennero, the threshold to the sunny south, the Mediterranean influence mixes with alpine scenarios and the lively Italian culture. It probably is this special mixture which all year round attracts visitors from all over the world ... to the beautiful Lake Garda. Visit to some typical villages such as Sirmione, Salo', Riva del Garda and Limone. Return to monastery hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 6
Breakfast. Transfer to Milan airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!
